Toucreek Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center migration programs for our customers in the US. You will drive end-to-end delivery with a strong networking background and proven capability to manage complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

The role requires coordinating network architects, engineers, and stakeholders, building detailed plans, managing budgets, risks, and ensuring quality across all migration phases,

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
  • Experience with data center migrations.
  • Strong networking knowledge.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • PM certifications preferred (PMP/PRINCE2).
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 3-6 years of experience to lead and manage large-scale data center migration projects for a leading data center networking company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, excellent project management skills, and proven success in delivering complex infrastructure migration projects on time and within budget.

Essential Functions of the job:

Lead the end-to-end execution of data center migration projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, communication, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee and coordinate technical teams to ensure successful design, testing, and migration execution.

Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to maintain project progress.

Conduct status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.

Work closely with Customer solutions teams to ensure deployments align with best practices and client requirements.

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Drive continuous improvement through post-migration reviews and lessons learned analysis

Required Skills & Experience:

3-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a focus on data center migrations.

Strong expertise in Networks solutions, including EOS, CloudVision, and spine-leaf architectures is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-site networking projects with service provider customers or large financial services enterprises is preferred.

Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to scope.

In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, infrastructure, and migration methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills is a MUST

Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with deployments in large-scale environments.

Familiarity with cloud integrations and hybrid data center strategies.

Strong understanding of automation and network orchestration tools.
