Trafilea is seeking a Data Engineering/Analytics Engineering expert to architect and scale modern data pipelines and BI platforms. You will design resilient data models, build dashboards, and operationalize ML workflows to empower Marketing Science and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building production data pipelines in a data-driven environment.
• Ability to design robust data models and scalable BI solutions.
• Proven track record delivering data platforms supporting ML/Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines and Airflow workflows across data lifecycle.
• Design and optimize SQL transformations and data models.
• Build dashboards and BI tools translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Operationalize ML models in batch/real-time environments.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance and cost on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report core metrics.
• Ensure data governance, validation, and monitoring.
• Own production reporting and data quality.
• Document systems and ensure traceability.
