Job summary

HireTalent is seeking two Senior Business Data Analysts to help lead a major healthcare data upgrade, with one focused on Utilization Management and the other on Care Management, to create a single source of truth for clinical data.

These roles are 100% remote in the United States, with Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST/EST, and will drive governance readiness, discovery sessions, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an analyst supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Client is in the middle of a large healthcare technology transition. We're hiring one analyst for Utilization Management and one for Care Management to help build a single source of truth for clinical data.

Location: 100% Remote | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm CST/EST

What you'll do:

• Support the operationalization of a unified clinical data governance framework.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions.
• Support source-to-target mapping activities and data conversion efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.
• Produce governance readiness metrics and executive status reporting.

What you'll bring:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Similar role supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting healthcare, insurance, claims, care management, utilization management, or regulated business environments.
• Experience supporting Epic implementation or Epic conversion initiatives.
