Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Marketplace team. You will investigate supply-demand dynamics, analyze how product and algorithmic changes affect outcomes, and work with Product, Engineering and Operations to turn data into actionable decisions.

You will build dashboards, define success metrics and explore differences across customers, participants and use cases while communicating findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing complex datasets.
• Python experience for analysis and experimentation is beneficial.
• Experience with marketplace data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor and improve marketplace health metrics.
• Analyze marketplace performance and changes in fill rate, time-to-fill, availability and quality.
• Work with product and engineering to define success metrics and measure impact.
• Analyze experiments to understand changes to matching, ranking, or recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for marketplace performance.
• Use SQL and analytical tools to investigate marketplace behavior and surface opportunities.
• Explore marketplace outcomes across customers, participants, use cases and segments.
• Communicate findings clearly to inform data-driven decisions.
