Prolific is seeking a Data Analyst to understand how well our marketplace is working, identify supply-demand gaps, and measure whether product and algorithmic improvements deliver better outcomes. You will define and monitor key metrics, build dashboards, and run analyses that guide decisions across product, engineering and operations teams.

Qualificações

• Strong SQL skills and experience analysing complex datasets.
• Python experience for analysis and experimentation is beneficial.
• Experience working with marketplace or operational data to understand user and business behaviour.
• Ability to translate analysis into measurable hypotheses and actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Define, monitor and improve marketplace metrics such as supply-demand balance, fulfilment, quality and concentration.
• Analyse marketplace performance and experiments to measure impact of product and algorithmic changes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to make performance visible and actionable.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations teams to drive data-informed decisions.
