Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience analysing complex datasets.
• Python experience for analysis and experimentation is beneficial.
• Experience with marketplace, product or operational data and metrics.
• Ability to work with marketplace metrics such as supply, demand, fill rate and time-to-fill.
• Experience analysing A/B tests or other experiments and communicating results.
• Ability to translate product/marketplace questions into measurable hypotheses.
• Curiosity to explore data and understand why something happens.
• Understanding of how marketplace performance affects customer experience and business outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset with product, engineering and operations teams.
• Clear, actionable communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define, monitor and improve metrics for marketplace health (supply-demand, fulfilment, quality).
• Analyze marketplace performance and changes in metrics like fill rate and availability.
• Work with product and engineering to define success metrics and measure impact.
• Analyze experiments to see if matching/ranking changes improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for visibility and actionability.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to investigate marketplace behavior and trends.
• Explore differences across customers, participants, use cases and segments.
• Communicate findings to help teams make data-informed decisions.
