Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data management, BI or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Looker.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, GCP, AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders primarily using Looker to ensure automation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and provide actionable recommendations.
• Evolve from descriptive reports to proactive data insights across the organization.
• Design and implement data models, ensuring data integrity across sources.
• Utilize advanced statistics and ML models to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, product, and business stakeholders to optimize data pipelines.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to foster a data-driven culture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and BI.
• Familiarize with new datasets quickly to provide valuable insights.
