Job summary

PatientPoint, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across the organization. You will transform large datasets into actionable insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize business strategies using advanced analytics and visualization.

You will mentor junior analysts, design data models, and apply statistical techniques and ML approaches to improve performance. Hybrid work in Cincinnati, OH supports flexible, results-oriented collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field).
• 5+ years of analytics, data management, BI or related experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools, especially Looker.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders using Looker to automate information flow.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• Evolve from descriptive reports to proactive insights across the organization for opportunities.
• Design and implement data models ensuring data integrity across sources.
• Leverage advanced statistics and ML models to solve business challenges.
• Work with IT, engineering, product, and business stakeholders to optimize data collection and pipelines.
• Mentor junior analysts to foster a data-driven culture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and BI.
• Quickly familiarize with new datasets and deliver valuable insights.
