Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics within complex B2B SaaS environments, preferably product-led or self-serve.
• Strong expertise in product-led growth (PLG) and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Growth teams to develop analytical frameworks.
• Ability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with experimentation techniques like A/B testing and predictive modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale analytical datasets.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools and cloud data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer journeys from sign-up through renewal to identify growth opportunities.
