Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales analytics, revenue analytics, BI or related analytical roles.
• Demonstrated industry knowledge and strong analytical ability.

Aufgaben

• Gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into dashboards, reports, datasets, queries, metrics, and analytical models.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Zoho Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Create reusable datasets, SQL queries, and data models to improve consistency and reduce manual reporting.
• Establish KPI definitions, calculation logic, and data sources; document reporting assumptions.
• Design reporting assets for operational and executive audiences; ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership to define analytical needs.
• Balance recurring reporting with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor sales activity, revenue trends, renewals, expansion, and churn; evaluate performance drivers.
