This contractor-led role partners with Cybersecurity, Legal, Audit, Operations, and Engineering to develop and execute a comprehensive security roadmap. The position requires 15+ years delivering large-scale cybersecurity programs, strong governance, and experience in incident response, risk remediation, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience managing complex technology programs, enterprise initiatives, or cybersecurity-related projects.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs involving cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, third-party vendors, OT, and IoT.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity incident response, crisis management, vulnerability remediation, audit remediation, or risk reduction programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technology risk management, security governance, control frameworks, and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity programs and strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Establish program governance, integrated plans, dependencies, decision logs, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate security initiatives spanning infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, IAM, data protection, vulnerability management, and third-party risk.
• Provide program leadership during cybersecurity incidents and drive remediation actions and post-incident reviews.
• Lead RFPs, vendor evaluations, contract/SOW development, and supplier risk management.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resources; manage risks and dependencies.
