Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programmes end-to-end.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and supporting governance forums.
• Ability to work in highly matrixed environments with shared ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex cybersecurity programmes across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans with milestones and critical path.
• Drive recovery plans for at-risk initiatives with clear timelines.
• Maintain execution discipline for predictable delivery.
• Lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across domains such as risk management and regulatory programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation ensuring alignment of technical and business teams.
• Define and operationalize OKRs, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Maintain programme dashboards with milestones, status, risks and metrics.
• Identify and resolve blockers with RAID tracking.
• Align cybersecurity, IT and business stakeholders on priorities and ownership.
