Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to design security architectures across corporate IT, ICS/OT, and manufacturing environments. You will address network and cloud security while balancing production uptime and reliability.

You will collaborate with IT, OT, and engineering to identify vulnerabilities, define controls, and align with regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience including enterprise security architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience securing ICS and OT in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to collaborate across IT, OT, engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Experience developing security standards, identifying vulnerabilities, managing risk, and addressing regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise cybersecurity architectures aligned with business goals and best practices.
• Establish security frameworks, policies, standards and guidelines for IT and OT.
• Develop roadmaps, reference architectures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement security controls with IT/OT teams.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies to protect manufacturing operations and continuity.
