You will define security patterns for SCADA/DCS/PLC/HMI, govern remote access, and develop baselines while aligning with NERC CIP, TSA directives, and industry frameworks. Responsibilities

• Define security patterns and reference architectures for IT/OT environments
• Define and govern segmentation, secure remote access for OT networks
• Develop security baselines, hardening standards, and exception processes
• Collaborate with controls engineering, plant operations, and maintenance teams
• Improve OT detection and response through logging and playbooks
• Create reusable security use cases and implementation patterns
