Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of fifty mid-size community financial institutions across the Eastern U.S. region. You will ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI-driven communications platform, driving retention, renewal, and expansion.

The role emphasizes SaaS expertise, customer empathy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service and advocacy for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management, customer success) in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to analyze usage data to reduce churn.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of ~50 customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs).
• Develop tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for renewals.
• Oversee onboarding and drive product adoption with trainings and resources.
