Job summary

Northbeam is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a book of enterprise customers and coordinate with the Media Strategy and Product teams to maximize value and minimize churn. This remote-friendly role leverages a collaborative culture with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

You will guide onboarding, deliver analytics-driven insights, identify at-risk accounts, and partner with Sales, Support, and Engineering to scale customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support.
• Experience with SAAS B2B and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of enterprise customers and reduce churn.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Media Strategy for customer value.
• Onboard customers and provide analytics-driven insights for growth.
• Identify at-risk accounts and drive retention efforts.
• Act as the customer advocate in cross-functional projects.
