The role acts as a super user, designer, and evangelist for digital products, translating business needs into scalable solutions and guiding cross‑functional teams through complex projects.

You will map processes, optimize workflows, and collaborate with IT, data, and operations to drive measurable outcomes while communicating with leaders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in the customer or operations technology field.
• Experience designing and using technical products with databases or EHR systems.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to influence internal and external contacts.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum or Agile are a plus, as is CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities
