Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between business and technical partners across departments.
• Translate customer needs into actionable designs and business requirements; document gaps and opportunities.
• Design workflows and processes that are reliable, scalable and cost-efficient.
• Conduct product analysis and evaluate current technology; research market products.
• Identify and resolve complex project deliverables; develop scorecards and dashboards to monitor progress.
• Map experiences and requirements to external inputs to ensure scope alignment.
