Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management or content production roles.
• Strong knowledge of custom print and courseware workflows.
• Ability to manage print and courseware projects from scoping through delivery.
• Strong planning, risk management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Senior-Level Custom Print Production from scoping to delivery, coordinating scope, schedules, production requirements, and vendor handoffs.
• Support courseware production for moderately complex projects, including asset readiness and accessibility considerations.
• Provide CPM expertise and operational guidance to standardize processes and improve quality and speed.
• Mentor contractors on production SOPs, documenting expectations and workflows without people management.
• Maintain accurate project information and communicate status, risks, and next steps to internal stakeholders.
