Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management or content production workflows.
• Strong knowledge of custom print production workflows and delivery requirements.
• Proven ability to manage projects from scoping through delivery.
• Strong PM, problem-solving, prioritization, risk management, and organization skills.
• Ability to mentor contractors and support consistent execution via SOPs and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; concise internal status updates.
• Experience partnering with internal production teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage Senior-Level Custom Print Production from scoping to delivery, coordinating scope, schedules, requirements, vendor handoffs, proofing, and milestones.
• Support courseware production for moderately complex projects, including asset readiness and accessibility considerations.
• Provide CPM expertise and operational guidance to standardize approaches and improve quality and speed.
• Mentor contractors on SOPs, documentation expectations, workflow steps, and quality standards.
• Maintain internal communication and production visibility, focusing on internal coordination with no direct customer interaction for digital work.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes, vendor handoffs, and delivery outcomes.
