Qualifications

• Ability to mentor contractors on SOPs and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level custom print production projects from scoping to delivery.
• Coordinate asset readiness, customization requirements, accessibility, and platform limitations for courseware projects.
• Translate requirements into clear internal execution plans and improve standardization of processes.
• Mentor contractors on production SOPs and ensure documentation quality.
• Maintain accurate project information and provide status updates to stakeholders.
