Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Senior Curriculum Developer to architect the future of sUAS training. You will define performance-based objectives, design assessments, and map content across classroom, self-paced, simulation, and immersive delivery.

You’ll partner with engineers, instructors, and subject matter experts to ensure scalable curriculum standards, leverage AI to accelerate development, and expand training across regions while maintaining instructional rigor.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years designing and developing curriculum for educational or technical training.
• Expertise in instructional systems design, including task analysis and assessment design.
• Experience building curriculum for complex technical products.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and performance-based training.

Responsibilities

• Own curriculum architecture end to end and build scalable course maps.
• Design assessments, practical evaluations, and certification standards.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Developers to storyboard media.
• Enable instructors with facilitator guides and trainer materials.
• Expand Skydio Paraverse curricula with scenario-based learning and simulation.
