Qualifications

• 7+ years producing educational, instructional, or technical learning content.
• Expertise in instructional video production, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia storytelling.
• Experience creating learning content for complex technical products or specialized subject matter.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality instructional media.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, instructional designers, and technical SMEs.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce learner-centered experiences that improve knowledge transfer, skill development, and operational readiness.
• Translate sophisticated technical systems into engaging learning experiences across classroom instruction, self-paced learning, simulation, and immersive training environments.
• Lead production of instructional videos, motion graphics, animation, interactive content, and other multimedia learning assets.
• Expand the integration of Skydio Paraverse throughout pilot and technician training while exploring new technologies including AI-assisted content creation, AR, VR, simulation, and interactive visualization.
• Partner closely with instructors, engineers, simulation developers, instructional designers, and SMEs to create effective technical training.
• Establish scalable production standards, templates, and workflows that improve quality and consistency across the Training organization.
• Help define the roadmap for future learning technologies at Skydio.
