Qualifications

• BA/BS in Instructional Design or related field.
• 7+ years designing curriculum for instructional or technical training.
• Experience with complex technical products and regulatory environments.
• Strong portfolio of curriculum artifacts and course maps.

Responsibilities

• Perform task analyses on complex technical systems.
• Define performance-based learning objectives and assessments.
• Design curriculum maps across classroom, self-paced, and simulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, instructors, and SMEs to shape content.
• Develop scalable curriculum standards and revision workflows.
