Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director CTM (FSP) to lead clinical trial management across regions in a remote US-based role. You will oversee delivery, quality, compliance, budgets, and resources while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful studies.

The position emphasizes talent development, risk management, and adherence to ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in clinical trials management.
• At least 5+ years of management experience.
• Proven leadership across a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop clinical staff across multiple regions.
• Ensure timely execution of clinical deliverables with a focus on quality.
• Liaise with cross-functional leaders to drive project success.
• Oversee project management of clinical budgets and resources.
• Conduct induction and ongoing training for new employees.
• Ensure SOPs and company procedures compliance.
• Drive a proactive culture of risk management and quality assurance.
