Ladders is seeking a Global Lead Project Manager (FSP) for a remote US-based role to lead complex clinical trial delivery across multiple therapeutic areas. You will coordinate with sponsors and internal teams, drive timelines, budgets, and quality, and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful study execution.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, disciplined communication, risk management, and escalation handling in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in clinical trials.
• 5+ years as a Global Lead Project Manager with vendor management experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project sponsor and the organization.
• Ensure adherence to escalation pathways for communication.
• Clarify responsibilities and communication for secondary project leads.
• Oversee overall project delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality.
• Demonstrate financial stewardship and manage project budgets.
• Establish and manage customer expectations for project delivery.
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level.
