Job summary
Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager/Senior Clinical Trial Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will lead the operational aspects of clinical studies, drive feasibility, budgeting, and regulatory submissions, and mentor CRAs and CTAs to ensure timely, compliant trial delivery.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in science/health, 7+ years of clinical research experience, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years clinical research experience or proven monitoring competencies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as clinical trial lead for planning, conduct and oversight per scope of work.
- Collaborate with PM on monthly invoicing and budget variance management.
- Develop study documents (plans, ICF templates, CRF guidelines, manuals).
- Identify training needs for CRAs and vendors; present at Investigator Meetings.
- Drive site feasibility and recruit/retention strategies across countries.
- Ensure regulatory submissions and IP release packages are reviewed and approved.
