For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director CTM FSP to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote leadership role will oversee clinical trial management activities across multiple regions, ensuring studies are executed with strong quality, compliance, and operational discipline. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive delivery, manage resources and budgets, and support a high-performing clinical team. It also plays a key role in building talent capability, strengthening risk management practices, and maintaining alignment with clinical standards and procedures. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually.
