Jetfuel.Agency is a performance marketing agency for DTC and e-commerce brands. We are a small fully remote team where creative strategy and AI are embedded in every role.

We’re seeking a creative specialist with 2–5 years in paid social for DTC brands, adept with Figma, Adobe CC, video editing, Meta Ads Manager, and AI tools to own briefs and drive assets end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years making paid social creative for DTC brands with a portfolio.
• Strong in Figma/Adobe CC, video editing, Meta Ads Manager, and AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Write briefs and own creative from concept to finished asset.
• Partner with Growth Strategist while running the creative side of the account.
• Ensure on-time delivery with QA, revisions, and tests.

• Promotion after two quarters of next-level work, reviewed by a panel of three leaders.
