Job summary

Agility360 is seeking a Corporate Trust Relationship Manager III to oversee a portfolio of Public Finance Corporate Trust clients, ensuring exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and growth. You will lead a team, coordinate trustee, paying agent, and escrow duties, and partner with business development to expand relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in Corporate Trust or related finance, with strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Trust, Public Finance, banking, or related financial services.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Corporate Trust products and services (Trustee, Paying Agent, Escrow, custodial).
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations (deposit ops, loan admin, treasury mgmt).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance obligations, industry standards, best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Public Finance Corporate Trust clients needing Trustee, Paying Agent, Escrow, and related services.
• Oversee day-to-day client operations, service delivery, and reporting with client service associates.
• Monitor and respond to client inquiries with timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate debt service bond payments and ensure accurate trustee obligations.
• Monitor portfolio compliance and resolve non-routine issues.
• Develop relationships with Public Finance clients and key stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Development Officers to support retention and growth.
• Review and approve new client relationships per policies.
