UMB Bank is seeking a part-time Corporate Trust professional to provide medium to complex support for trustee relationships in a remote setup. You will handle client interactions, accurate issue setup, and compliance review across multiple systems.

The role requires strong relationship management, financial experience, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior staff. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; Master’s and CCTS certification are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience.
• Master's Degree (preferred).
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (preferred).

Mansioni

• Provide medium to complex/non-routine support to an assigned group of clients with trustee relationships.
• Interact with all levels of customer relationships and ensure accurate/timely setup of issues on all systems; prepare accounts for compliance review and respond to compliance exceptions.
• Resolve complex administrative issues and provide support to senior level client staff.
• May provide support to clients outside assigned group as needed.
• Operate independently to service the client and resolve complex/unusual issues.
• Provide day-to-day support to existing institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, fees, transactions, cash monitoring, and payments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the team in ongoing projects and efficiencies.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and development to all staff, especially the assigned Associate Relationship Manager.
• Recommend and submit new business for approval from the new business committee.
• Price business based on account structure with Business Development Officer as needed.
• Review legal documents to ensure operational mechanics are appropriate.
• Coordinate with corporate legal, compliance and outside counsel on document provisions.
• Participate in cross training to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support.
