Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• At least 3 years supporting sponsor-facing contracts within CRO or life sciences.
• Experience with MSAs, CDAs, amendments and notices.
• Strong knowledge of contracting principles and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, sponsor templates, amendments.
• Draft and negotiate CDAs and contract notices.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reflect scopes, budgets, timelines.
• Lead sponsor negotiations and resolve open issues.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from intake to recordkeeping.
• Evaluate business impact of terms for revenue and deliverables.
