Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Contract Manager to lead sponsor contracts and change orders across global partnerships. You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure accurate terms, budgets, and timelines are reflected in all agreements.

You will manage amendments, negotiate financial terms, and develop precise contract language while supporting worldwide project delivery from a remote role based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Two to three years of CRO/pharma or related environment experience involving data sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong contract negotiation skills with knowledge of commercial contracting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, negotiation, and finalisation of sponsor contracts, change orders, amendments, and termination documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract terms, scope, budgets, and timelines are reflected in agreements.
• Negotiate commercial and financial terms with sponsors, including study budgets and payment schedules.
• Manage contract amendments and change orders, updating documents across systems.
• Develop and revise contract language, service descriptions, scopes of work, and supporting docs to meet sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals with Legal, Finance, Operations, and senior stakeholders.
• Track contract status, financial values, and key metrics through CRM and finance systems.
