Job summary

ZincFive is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of vendor and client contracts from drafting to renewal. The role may be performed remotely from a home office in the US or at ZincFive’s headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon, reporting to the General Counsel.

The ideal candidate has extensive CLM experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Contract Management or related field, or equivalent years of experience
• 10+ years of experience in contract administration
• Strong ability to scrutinize, draft, and interpret complex legal terms
• High precision in identifying potential risks or deviations in contracts
• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
• Proficient with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and MS Office suite
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts to align with business goals
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential legal or financial risks in contracts
• Ensure all parties adhere to terms, obligations, and deadlines
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and close-outs
• Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication between internal departments and external partners
• Maintain organized, secure physical and digital records of all contracts, correspondence, and documentation
• Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure contract specifications are fulfilled
• Assessing and managing potential risks and liabilities associated with contract terms
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in existing contract processes and practices
• Developing and implementing procedures and policies for contract management and administration
• Reviewing and negotiating contractual details and terms with clients, suppliers or business partners
• Collaborate with other department teams including HR, finance, sales and operations
