Job summary

ZincFive, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of company contracts from drafting through renewal. The role serves as the key liaison between internal teams and external parties, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and timely execution.

The position may be performed remotely or at ZincFive’s headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon, reporting to the General Counsel. Strong negotiation, drafting, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Contract Management or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience in contract administration.
• Strong ability to scrutinize, draft, and interpret complex legal terms.
• High precision in identifying potential risks or deviations in contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
• Proficient with CLM software and MS Office suite.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and execute a broad range of contracts across diverse business transactions.
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of contract-related correspondence and documentation for both active and pending contracts.
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
• Monitor contract performance and initiate close-out, extensions or renewals based on business needs and best interests.
• Ensuring that contracts comply with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Maintain organized system for tracking, approval, and audits of contracts.
