Job summary

ZincFive is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewals. This role can be performed remotely or at ZincFive’s headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon, reporting to the General Counsel.

You will collaborate with internal teams—legal, finance, HR, and operations—to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, maintain meticulous contract records, and prepare status reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Law or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contract administration.
• Strong drafting, review and interpretation of complex terms.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and execute a broad range of contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks in contracts and ensure compliance.
• Manage renewals, amendments, and close-outs; track statuses.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, sales and operations; report to leadership.
