Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for Government Programs. The role supports U.S. Federal programs, leads contractual processes with partners, and reports to the VP of Westinghouse Government Services in a 100% remote capacity.

Responsibilities include managing RFIs, POs, subcontracts, NDAs, and OTA/IDIQ contracts, while supporting DCAA audits and contract reporting. Travel may be required for coordination and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience with federal contracts and government programs.
• Strong understanding of FAR and agency supplements.
• Ability to coordinate complex negotiations and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate RFIs and pricing, change orders, and modifications.
• Solicit, award and manage purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Manage NDAs and teaming agreements; apply OTA/IDIQ knowledge.
• Support DCAA audits and reviews; negotiate outcomes.
• Maintain contract reporting systems and conduct FAR research.
