Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in government or private sector dealing with trade advocacy issues.
• Experience with legislative bodies, executive agencies, trade associations, and policy organizations.
• Experience in an industry with large government contracting exposure.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, tax, trade, labor, safety, waste management policies.
• Experience executing integrated campaigns to support corporate priorities, including appropriations, domestic policy, and state/local relations.
• Expertise staffing senior executives to deliver messages to high‑level policymakers.
• Expertise dealing with high‑profile stakeholders such as elected officials and external constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and senior leaders on political, policy, and regulatory priorities.
• Develop and implement advocacy campaigns for priorities requiring U.S. Government engagement.
• Position Westinghouse in the policy community and lead industry voices on key priorities.
• Identify and secure new opportunities for government funding or support.
• Oversee federal, state, and local government relations.
• Lead participation in outside business councils and trade associations.
• Represent Westinghouse in SES‑level meetings.
