Retell AI Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline and partner closely with hiring managers.

This hands-on role handles candidates from initial conversation through later interview stages, maintaining a fast, organized, and professional process. The position offers a full-time, 1099 contracting arrangement with the option to work remotely on Pacific Time hours or onsite in Redwood City.

Qualifications

• 5 years of talent acquisition experience in technical or go-to-market roles.
• Experience managing a high volume of interviews and candidates.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational skills.
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers and setting clear expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and move quickly.
• Strong experience with Ashby is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 30 or more candidate intro calls each week.
• Introduce candidates to Retell AI, our culture, open roles, and interview process.
• Evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, motivations, and alignment with role requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep stages, notes, and follow-ups organized.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on expectations.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Identify pipeline gaps and proactively recommend solutions.
• Help create an efficient and positive candidate experience.
