Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Contract Management Professional to lead subcontract administration under U.S. Government prime contracts, including Direct, Non-Commercial Item and Commercial Item subcontracts.

You will prepare RFPs, interpret FAR and DFARS clauses, analyze proposals, perform cost and price analyses, and negotiate subcontracts, NDAs and teaming agreements. You will maintain compliant procurement file documentation, oversee CPSR requirements and subcontractor performance,

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for Department of Defense contract.
• Interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS) required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of Subcontract Administration experience for a Federal Government Contractor.
• Experience negotiating Terms and Conditions for complex Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements and NDAs.
• In-depth knowledge of CPSR process and requirements.
• Experience developing and maintaining compliant Procurement File documentation per CPSR.
• Knowledge of Small Business Subcontracting Plan Administration and Reporting.
• Experience interpreting and applying FAR and DFARS clauses.
• Experience performing cost and price analyses.
