Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Contract Management Professional reporting to a Contract Management Lead to handle subcontract administration under U.S.

Government prime contracts, including Direct, Non-Commercial Item and Commercial Item subcontracts, with FAR/DFARS guidance. Responsibilities include analyzing subcontractor proposals, conducting cost and price analyses, negotiating subcontracts and NDAs, maintaining CPSR-compliant procurement files, and overseeing the Humana Government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of subcontract administration experience for a Federal Government contractor.
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions for complex subcontracts, teaming agreements and NDAs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze subcontractor proposals including change orders.
• Conduct cost analyses and price analyses.
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Administer subcontracts and maintain CPSR-compliant procurement file documentation.
• Oversee Subcontractor performance and CPSR requirements.
• Administer Humana Government Business Small Business Program.
