Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a remote Senior Contract Management Professional to oversee subcontract administration under U.S. Government contracts, including RFP analysis, CPSR compliance, and FAR/DFARS interpretation.

You will negotiate subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements, maintain procurement files, monitor CPSR requirements, and support Humana Government Business programs while travel for training is possible.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for DoD contract.
• Interim security clearance approval (NBIS).
• Not authorized to hire in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of subcontract administration experience for a Federal Government Contractor.
• Experience negotiating complex subcontracts, teaming agreements, and NDAs.
• Knowledge of CPSR process.
• Experience maintaining CPSR-compliant procurement files.
• Knowledge of Small Business Subcontracting Plan administration and reporting.
• Experience interpreting FAR and DFARS clauses.
• Experience performing cost and price analyses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze subcontractor proposals including change order proposals.
• Conduct cost analyses and price analyses.
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Administer subcontracts and maintain compliant procurement file documentation; oversee subcontractor performance and Surveillance Plans; ensure CPSR requirements.
• Administer Humana Government Business Small Business Program.
