Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of diverse commercial agreements, including multi-million-dollar solutions. You will guide negotiations, align terms with business goals, and ensure timely delivery across product and services offerings.

You will mentor teams, refine templates, and implement CLM tools while partnering with finance to ensure revenue compliance and risk control. This role is remote-based in the US.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of technology contracting, commercial contracting, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; law degree and/or professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and agreement packages.
• Own and manage the contracting process from initiation through execution.
• Serve as primary liaison among business, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
