Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead the drafting and end-to-end management of commercial agreements, from standard contracts to highly complex, multi-million-dollar solutions. You will guide negotiations, risk assessment, and strategic recommendations across cross-functional teams, including business, legal, and finance.

You will also drive template management, process improvements, and tools implementations to support contract lifecycle management and operating

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and agreement packages.
Own and manage the contracting process from initiation to execution.
Serve as the primary liaison among business, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate negotiations and mediate to resolve contractual issues and progress deals.
Lead contract review, approval, and compliance with company policies.
Develop negotiation strategies with business stakeholders and evaluate positions.
Identify risks across contracts and escalate appropriately.
Develop a deep understanding of business operations and decision-making processes.
Provide guidance on contracting standards, processes, and best practices.
Educate sales and opportunity teams on contracting requirements and processes.
Develop and maintain contract development procedures and templates.
Collaborate with finance to ensure revenue recognition, pricing, and risk management compliance.
Monitor market trends and feedback to improve contract terms.
