You will partner with hiring managers, suppliers, HR, and Finance to manage lifecycle—from planning to onboarding, invoicing and offboarding—while maintaining SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead workforce planning, market analysis, and provider performance reviews, driving proactive issue resolution and ensuring compliant processes across teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for hiring managers on contingent staffing needs.
• Coordinate job postings, onboarding, extensions, and assignment ends.
• Monitor workforce data, SLAs, and market trends to advise on strategy.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely onboarding and performance.
• Provide regular status updates and mitigate delivery risks.
