Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Research, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise listening initiatives through survey design and experience intelligence.
• Analyze and synthesize employee listening data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Develop reports, executive summaries, and presentations translating data into actionable information.
• Create visualizations and data storytelling to inform stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align listening strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare analyses and deliverables for leadership discussions.
• Conduct research on employee experience trends and benchmarking insights.
