Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years of related experience.
• Master’s Degree with 12 years of related experience.
• PhD with 8 years of related experience.
• Fields may include Human Resources, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business, or Communications.
• Strong consulting and relationship-building skills with leaders and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrated initiatives that strengthen enterprise culture and employee experience.
• Translate priorities and insights into practical programs, experiences, tools, and leader interventions.
• Consult with HR and business leaders to diagnose needs and support organizational change.
• Design and facilitate workshops, listening sessions, and team interventions to strengthen connection and collaboration.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, inform decisions, and measure impact.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation, communications, and measurement.
• Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, tools, and leader enablement materials.
• Build partnerships across HR, Communications, and business functions to advance priorities.
• Serve as portfolio lead or key contributor in areas like employee experience, belonging, and change management.
• Contribute flexibly across the Culture & Experience portfolio as needs evolve.
