Job summary

Crafted Staff is seeking experienced independent recruiters who want the freedom to work remotely, set their own hours, and earn uncapped commission by placing qualified candidates in direct hire positions.

This opportunity is fully self-directed for 1099 contractors with no fixed shifts, and you choose which open positions to recruit for. Earn commissions when your candidates are hired and begin employment.

Qualifications

• Proven direct hire recruiting experience.
• Experience with executive search or agency recruiting.
• Ability to source and engage candidates independently.
• Strong candidate screening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review available direct hire job orders and select positions to recruit for.
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, compensation, location, and interest.
• Submit qualified candidates with clear notes on fit for the role.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and submission procedures.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and manage expectations.
