Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction loan administration.
• 3-5 years of training and supervisory experience.
• Minimum high school graduate; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and construction lien law (AIA documents).
• Proficient with Excel and Word; ability to construct spreadsheets and troubleshoot formulas.
• Comfortable interacting with borrowers, lenders, management and other professionals.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Initial set-up of construction loan files with review of documents and budgets.
• Monitor controls and draw disbursements; coordinate inspections.
• Verify documentation for disbursement and closeout of files.
• Maintain procedures, reports, audits and compliance follow-up.
• Assist in updating policy manuals to reflect changes.
