• Independently conducts detailed analysis vital to investigating claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies.
• Create reservation of rights, coverage denial letters, negotiate and resolve settlements with involved parties.
• Interact with various parties in the claims process and may advise outside specialists.
• Handle claims per client and corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document claim activity timely and efficiently to support outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and may supervise lower level adjusters.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Construction claims.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative claims management solutions.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize activities.
